Service Description

Using with hands-on activities and realistic workplace examples, participants will: Explore which problem solving approach works best based upon the purpose and goals of reviewing the conditions in which work was planned and executed Demonstrate a working knowledge of effective interviewing techniques, data gathering methods, and four different causal analysis tools including the change analysis, comparative timeline, barrier analysis and cause and effect tree Determine the planned action(s) that provide the best opportunity to reduce the likelihood of similar events happening in the future and produce innovative ideas to improve the process and sustain the desired results. Note: It is recommended participants have at least a fundamental, basic understanding of Human Performance or Human and Organizational Performance (HPI/HOP) prior to attending this course.
