Service Description

Training Goals: During this course, participants will gain a working knowledge in: • Recognizing latent weaknesses, active errors, latent errors, error likely situations and other human performance improvement conditions. • Applying the five basic principles of Human Error Management. To the best tools used in specific situations and challenges • Identifying the ten error management tools used to predict, prevent, detect and safely recover from error likely situations and error traps • Applying HPI principles and practices used to in work planning and project management
