In this course, students will learn about issues identification and management. The topics include, but are not limited to: -Conversations that resolve issues and de-escalate conflict -Learning from near misses, close calls and opportunities for improvement -Double loop feedback learning that replaces learning from suggestion campaigns and employee surveys -The BEST Observation Process—walkabouts that provide meaning to the observer not just to those being observed—how to identify latent hidden system conditions BEFORE they lead to consequences) *The course price is per session, not to exceed 20 students
