Subcontract Price and Negotiation

Service Description

The purpose of this Training Program is to prepare Acquisition personnel for situations that require pricing & negotiation expertise that unequivocally satisfy the Government’s expectation of its Contractor’s subcontracting, as outlined in FAR 44. The strategy is to build knowledge and skills in an area that is very important to the Government, which is the process of awarding subcontracts to responsible firms at fair and reasonable prices.
